Is this for streaming only ? I currently have Ignite via Rogers until the end of the month, then will be using Sunwire beginning Feb 1 after we move. I don't do streaming, just going with the wifi based tv like I have had here.

According to the linked article:
"The change affects only the most expensive subscription tier that gives viewers commercial-free access to a library of on-demand programming, as well as feeds of Crave’s live TV channels."

Well, I was surprised to be immediately connected with a live chat rep with Rogers this morning. First time that has ever happened. End result, they did give me confirmation of my cancellation of service for Jan 30.
