David Soul of Starsky & Hutch dead at 80
In addition to playing Detective Kenneth "Hutch" Hutchinson on the famed '70s cop show, he was also a singer, scoring a #1 hit in many countries with "Don't Give Up On Us". That would be his lone Top 40 hit in the U.S. and Canada, but he did manage to score a few other hits in some European countries.

Can't seem to find any clips online but his appearances on Little Britain were always welcome.
As a kid I always wanted a '"Striped Tomato", aka a '74 Ford Torino. That was hands down the prime '70s cop show car.
