It's from England, so I admit I don't really know the stations they reference, but even without that knowledge, this seems like a looong stretch to try to put together a story about the medium and cars. See what you think.
If radio stations were cars… here’s what they’d look like

All that being said, if CFRB was a car, would it look like an old clunker? Maybe an Edsel?
Would CHFI simply be a bland, colourless Toyota?
And as for TSN 1050, I think maybe a bicycle or a moped, since it has so few listeners.
I don't even want to guess what some here would suggest for AM640 or AM740!
But what an odd idea for an article.

Zoomer radio would be a 1972 Buick.
AM 640 probably a Honda Civic.

CBC Radio One would be an upper end EV. And they would be wondering why everyone else isn't driving one.

CFRB would be a 2015 KIA Sportage. But they still think it's the Bentley from the "Wally Years."

Both Sportsnet 590 and TSN 1050 would have skateboards. 590's is a little newer and signed by Tony Hawk.

Possibly a Ford F150 pickup
Practical and not overly sexy, but it sells !

TM and DC automated stations would have been new autonomous models.
Online!
CKNT? A Chrysler Sebring, festooned with faded Canadian flags and Fuck Trudeau stickers, up on blocks because the owner sold the cat and rims for meth.

CHOM would be a classic black Mustang
