I have SXM in the car plus a small portable unit I use in the house. Today, the one in the house quit working. The display was lit up with the program information but there was no audio.

I thought if I would call SXM to cancel my subscription for that one, they might offer to send me a new one to keep me as a subscriber. Just as I was about to make the call I decided to try one more thing. I unplugged the unit from the AC then plugged it back in again. Now it works.

It's the first time I've had that happen.
