It appears he does, according to the station's website. I'm not entirely sure when "The Ben Shulman Show" airs - the page doesn't mention either a day or a time. But that's quite a large pic and write-up if he's not actually on the station in some capacity. 

There's also a separate page for the Duane Notice Show, someone I've never heard of, but he also apparently has his own program or fills some role on the station. It's just not clear when he's on or what the show centres on.
