Her name is Laura Geddes and up until recently, she was one of three hosts on CFCA-FM's Virgin Radio morning show in Kitchener, a program that was also heard in London. But that trio is now down to a duo after Geddes abruptly departed the drivetime shift.

According to Broadcast Dialogue, she cites health reasons as the reason for leaving. She's been there since 2019 and was a familiar voice in Kitchener. She'd previously worked mornings at 91.5 The Beat.

There's no immediate word on what she might do next.
