This Globe and Mail story suggests the CRTC did very little when it comes to investigating that infamous Rogers outage last summer, when the entire network went down for hours, rendering cellphones on its network all but useless. The point of the probe was to see why 911 service was unavailable and what the company did to fix it.
But the story claims the Commission gave it just a cursory once over and did nothing, essentially letting Rogers off the hook.
Hmm, where have we heard that before?
