I find CBC News has the best layout for it's news stories. I find Global News the worst, and it 's the one I visit the least. CTV News is OK. They are heavy on video, while I'd rather read. They had a little strip of new news on the right side of the screen. From there, it's video or older news. Although CBC also has a strip of the Top 5 stories being read right now on the right side of the screen.

I should add that recently CTV News added a live feed of CTV News Channel (including commercials) in the bottom corner of the screen, once more, relying heavily on video.
