Family Guy At 25: The Cast Remembers The Origins Of The Show

Not everybody is a fan of the animated "Family Guy", but it's one of the few TV shows that came back from the dead to become a hit all over again. Hard to believe it's been on for 25 years.

The Los Angeles Time gathered the major cast - Seth MacFarlane, Alex Borstein, Seth Green, Mila Kunis, and two writer/producer/showrunners to relive the origins of the show, talk about how they got cast, and some of the behind-the-scenes stories you never knew about.

It's a candid chat about a TV show that's become far more than just a cartoon.

This story is incredible but it's apparently true - one of the stars that voices a recurring character on Family Guy says his own mother tried to get the show cancelled because she found it offensive.
