The recent CFNY Thread resulted in my looking up air checks from early WGRQ and Rock 102 on Youtube and what I found is that there was nothing on Youtube from the Buffalo Freeform stations. I have tried to remedy that and have added content from three of the four Buffalo progressive stations. May get around to the 4th eventually. All taken from my personal recordings.

Tried to avoid copyrights so it's ID's and commercials mostly. For WUWU I should have added the infamous Bob Allen but I missed that. For WPHD there is a commercial for the "new" Lou Reed Album Transformer. The WUWU ID's are gonzo and the WBUF ID's exude an aura of hazy psychedelia.

Thanks Fitz, however I couldn’t get any of these links to play. When you try signing in to “prove you’re not a bot”, the link disappears.

Not sure what could be wrong. I did not know Youtube asked for Bot verification. I just tested by clicking on the red arrow and it worked for me on different devices. There should be no need to sign in to anything. Am stumped

I actually encountered the problem that Shorty Wave mentioned above in the car this aft. The bizarre thing is that I was already signed into YouTube on the phone and I did not have time to figure out what was going on but I closed the session and went in again and was able to get in.

Ok so now I have gathered all of the DJ's I remember from CHUM FM in the early 1970's and put them in one clip. Doug Thompson has probably worked with most of these gents and he may have heard some of this audio scattered thru my site.

You will hear Pete Griffin, Tim Thomas ( AD), David Marsden (2 Ads), John Donabie, Larry Green ( AD), David Pritchard, Brain Master ( 2 Ads), Larry Wilson, Jim Bauer ( AD), Pete and Geets ( AD), Benjy Karch, Steve Harris, Walter Michaels and Reiner Schwarz. One person I am missing is Don Shaffer and not sure who it is on the commercial that mentions the LCBO. A big thanks to Steve Harris for forwarding me the photo used a few years back.
