I saw that too.  They kept repeating the same commercials and promos over and over, and then suddenly At Issue came on.  Similar thing happen once on Your Morning on CTV.  The same 3 minute section over and over for about 15 minutes and then the three hosts were live behind the desk laughing and joking, nothing was said about what happened.
