NOW Magazine has a story on the once and still local broadcasters entering the political arena. At the risk of having this expand into the name calling of a previous thread, I well remember the Solomon art deal that got him kicked out of the CBC. But is this sentence true? 

"One of the deals which was part of the scandal allegedly involved the former Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney, who was sworn in as Canadian Prime Minister last week."

So if true, he could end up being a minister in the government led by one of the guys who got him fired. Wow. The world truly does turn in mysterious ways. Does anyone know if this is accurate?
