It's not often an American website will even notice anything that's not based in the U.S., but the Stateside site Stacker has chosen what it ranks as some of the top Canadian TV shows of all time. I have to say there aren't a lot of surprises on the list, although SCTV isn't one of the chosen. All but one of them emanates from the CBC, which is a bit surprising.
Also unusual: a few are not really seen down south.

Street Legal was the the only series on that list that I watched on a regular basis. Zero interest in the other nine. Surprised Degrassi didn't make the list.
Not too sure about this list, as RA pointed out, SCTV should be here, and I would take Corner Gas over Kim’s Convenience, which I tried to like, but couldn’t…..!
