No, it's not that WYSL, the one that used to be in Buffalo. It's a station located near Rochester that I've received many times via DXing at 1040 on the dial. It's just expanded its coverage range, thanks to the discovery that stations it was protecting are no longer in existence.
An interesting story about a station you may have passed by on your dial at night over the years, but may now may be just a little more powerful - if you can somehow null out CHUM.
