Remember the way the CBC exposed how good pet care has been hijacked and compromised by big corporations taking over many of the vet clinics across the country.

Methinks we need another doubled up investigation into the telecommunications industry from Marketplace and The Fifth Estate on the continuing, escalating problems with service outages, sketchy contracts, (as discussed in another big yellow board post) and the non-existent customer service. Both programs could show how the big companies are failing to fulfill their contracts to customers and the steps some customers have had to take, including the successful class action lawsuit in Quebec.

Maybe it'll give a bunch of fed up Canadians some inspiration and knowledge as ammunition to take to their lawyers. Or it could give the Law and Order:Toronto writers another plot idea?

I'm not coming to Rogers defense on this one.
All I ask is that I LOVE having EVERYTHING on ONE bill.

Let's start with Quebecor. Please start offering a Vmedia-Freedom mobile ONE BILL system. Thanks.
Better yet, throw in some internet and a dirt cheap landline.
(landline is handy for calling your cell phone when you can't find it! lol)

This is why Bell Rogers and Telus keep sitting on top. A one bill system is always nice.
I hate paying a bill just to get another one, or forget to pay one, thinking I paid them all...

What do you expect from a company that, when called out by a government watchdog about its allegedly misleading claims about its "unlimited data" plan, explains that its competitors do the same thing, so it's OK.

Rogers is the best and greatest thing to ever happen to me...at least until I need a new phone.
They CAN continue my $25 plan, they just won't. I'm not taking an $85 plan with a $100/month phone payment when my current phone is only costing me $25 to run. (god willing, it won't die on me any time soon...)
Outside of that, my internet is great, my cable/xfinity is great! Way better than Bell makes it out to be in a TV ad.
Landline is sluggish, but still works. Cell phone works really well.

Bell sucks. Far worse than Rogers.
