Don't call billing department when you are unhappy with a Rogers bill.
Call and threaten to cancel your services. This takes you to a much better department.
I don't doubt for a second that that lady only called billing to complain.
Plus also, it helps a lot to have ALL your services with Rogers to get an amazing discount.
*Be sure to select "To cancel more than one Rogers service press..."
