There's nothing that speaks to a lack of care like an unattended or out of date radio website. Welcome to the latest example - the AM640 page on the Internet.

It's almost impossible to count how many ways it's off. Let's start with weekend programming, where every Saturday and Sunday, it lists the following under 2-5 PM:

That is most definitely NOT what's been airing there the past two weeks.

Then there's the weekend programming list. Roy Green left a month ago. But he's still there prominently on their page.

Interested in exploring their station personalities? Check out the bio of Kelly Cutrara, who was let go earlier this year, yet remans prominently up there. (And so does the aforementioned Roy Green.)

You'd think they might update this once in a while. Instead it's wrong in so many places, I've lost count. Is there any chance they've fired the person who looked after it and updated it? If so, they better hope it doesn't revert back to Mojo Radio or worse, CHOG! Or even this:

It seems that 107.5 Dave Rocks website playlist doesn't even keep track of songs. It still shows songs from 9:46AM which I took this screenshot at 1PM this afternoon.
So who maintains the Dave Rocks website? Is it done out of London now since you got Taz and Jim doing mornings? Well I think they may have fired their website person who does it as well. Corus is getting even way worse now.

Agreed with the thread's original contention that if you have a web presence, it should be an accurate representation of what's being aired.

Even more surprising is an unattended social media account. You're interacting with the readers and viewers, it's incumbent that serious questions asked be responded to in a timely manner. There will always be stooges and trolls provoking interaction, but an honest question deserves an honest response.

Corus fired a bunch of their social media people last summer and presumably the web design team weren't spared either. If you look up their TV channels, very few of them are actively posting on any social media platform. A lot of their sites have been redesigned to basic templates that they don't bother updating.

Maybe not just the website. Perhaps the traffic dept., too.

I just turned on my radio, which happened to be on 640. They were running a promo telling me to be sure to tune into Greg Brady's show in the morning. It came replete with listener comments about what a great guy he is and how much they enjoy the show.

Why that promo is still in the run is beyond me, but it obviously should no longer be airing.

And they just did it again - only worse! Around 6:47 AM, they not only aired a promo urging people to listen to Toronto Today (oddly enough airing during Toronto Today, so if you heard it, you were already listening) but it featured Greg Brady - and prominently mentioned contributor Sheba Siddiqui, who hasn't been on the show in years.

Again, how do these keep getting into the run? This thing should have been scrapped a long time ago.

Out of date information as well on the Global Toronto morning show today. Chyron, date and time are from last week.
