Is This A Case Where Amazon Doesn't Have Cdn. Rights?

I'm not a football fan, as many here know, but I noticed that CTV was carrying a Thursday Night Football NFL match, whose graphics were filled with Amazon branding. So I'm assuming this is another case of Prime buying the rights to a weekly game.

But it appears it may not be exclusive rights.

How is it CTV is showing a game from the streamer over the air for free in Canada, even though Amazon is available here and should have the exclusive for this game? Not that I'm watching it, but did I miss something that allowed this to happen? And how do they deal with commercial breaks?

TSN/CTV have Canadian rights for all games. I don't believe Prime games air on Prime here, if they do then it's on both.

They had these games last year too and played on TSN/CTV.  Commercial breaks were like on any other game they carry.  Not sure if they have as many though.
