    Tweaks at Windsor's AM800

    Kyle Horner will be taking over the 10 a.m. to noon slot on Windsor's AM800 beginning Monday. Meanwhile, 
    the Mornings with Mike and Meg show will now run from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. instead of 
    5 a.m. to 9 a.m.
