You've probably seen ABC's "Good Morning America" at some point in your life. When a show is on for half a century, it's tough to avoid turning it on at least once or twice.
The ABC stalwart, launched 50 years ago this week as a competitor to NBC's even longer running "Today," had as many of its former hosts who are still alive on the air this week, and for some of them, the five decades shows on their often weathered faces.
It's kind of sad to see original host David Hartman now - he's certainly aged a lot from when the show launched with him sitting in the anchor chair in 1975. But time, as the old expression goes, waits for no one. (It's one of the reasons I only look in the mirror when I have to!)
Here's a look back at the GMA cast back then - and now.

Actually GMA began its life as AM America on January 6, 1975. The transformation came about as a result of what WEWS Cleveland and WCVB Boston were doing with local morning news programming.

He looks good for 90.

Yes, I suppose just being around and still able to appear on the set is a pretty good achievement for someone of that age. Looks like he took good care of himself, although I'm not entirely sure what he's been doing since he left the host spot. Haven't seen much of him.
He once played the lead in a TV series about a high school teacher named "Lucas Tanner." which I think only I actually watched and it only lasted one season. But other than that, I don't remember seeing him in anything else besides GMA.
Still, IMDB says he was in other series before then, including The Virginian and The Bold Ones, as well as making a number of one-off appearances on dozens of other shows and movies.

Interesting that the bit on Nancy Dussault fails to mention her stint as Muriel Rush on "Too Close For Comfort", instead listing two other movie credits.

Seems strange today to have actors host your morning news/interview show though given the number of actors and singers who've been given daytime talk shows I guess it's not that surprising.

Most of the women look like they've had "work done" to their faces and necks.
But I guess that's show biz.
Hartman, on the other hand looks pretty much all of his 90 years.
