1967: CKFH Centennial Survey

I've been looking for one of these for years. The CKFH lineup at the time was Don Daynard (6:30-10 a.m.), Dan O'Neil (10 a.m.-3 p.m.), Tom Fulton (3 -7 p.m.), Big G. Walters (7-10 p.m.), Kenny Wells (10 p.m.-1 a.m.), John Donabie (1-6 a.m.). (NOTE: CKFH had religion from 6:30-7 a.m. It was still part of morning drive until at least 1975.)

Re: 1967: CKFH Centennial Survey

Dale, I have a whole series of CKFH charts from June-August 1968. The chart ran 2-36 and the "Growin Wild" chart ran about 15 songs. Not a very professional looking chart. It was on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and looked to be done on an old underwood typewriter. Their first "professional" looking chart with DJ on the cover was the first week of Jan 1970 consisting of 30 songs[1-30 not 2-31]. It was the foldup CKLW design, not the fold out CHUM design. I have many of those also.

Would it be possible for you to scan one of those charts and post it here, or alternatively send it to me? I'd love to see what it looked like (dale_patterson@hotmail.com). Thanks Mace.

Re: 1967: CKFH Centennial Survey

Does anyone know if CKFH Music Director Joey Cee is around? Love to know how some singles charted so high on 'FH (eg Windowshopping by the Messengers).
