How radio sales can learn from creativity in sales

Yes, our industry revenue is flat-lining, much in part due to our industry's refusal to deliver the ultimate client benefit that also holds us accountable beyond the smoke and mirrors and ratings:  results, measured in dollars and cents.  

Profitable innovation in the way we sell radio is as simple as providing the difference between what the on and offline advertising industry does for our clients, and giving our clients what they want.  By providing measureable results that the client can see, again and again, our digital and traditional media competition pales in comparison; but rare is the radio person willing to be held accountable.

Here is one of the most creative, entertaining and engaging people selling an otherwise boring product that focuses on... results - results that people can see, that makes the competition pale in comparison.
