This is a perfect example of something that's always annoyed me about the frantic pace of change in technology. Just because you CAN do something and it's new, doesn't mean you have to or would want it. To me, this is a case in point of unwanted intrusions. Yeah, the idea behind it is kind of neat, but I wouldn't want to have to bother with this stuff in real life. 

Which doesn't mean advertisers won't try and do it anyway.
