Your/My Televison Debut...

Following  up on  Ashley  Rowe making her recent debut on Buffalo television.

Got to me thinking about my own tv debut and whether or not it might be the earliest of any member here.

I appeared on C.K.V.R. channel 3 in Barrie, Ontario in the summer spring of 1961.

I was a participant in the t.v. show Romper Room for the full wekk..

Still have my "class" picture too. with Miss Dorothy.

Can anyone top that date??

"I'll kick your ass down Yonge Street"... CFTR's Robert Holiday circa 1979...

Funny thing is - the guy who produced the show was a guy I ended up working for some 25 years later.

Who knew?http://i66.tinypic.com/21ovbio.jpg

I was on the DuMont in 19 dickety-two .We had to say "dickety" cause that Kaiser had stolen our word "twenty". I chased that rascal to get it back, but gave up after dickety-six miles
