    George Gordon Retiring

    George Gordon, who was the morning co-host and Executive Editor of News 1130 Vancouver for a decade ending in 2009, who is now the afternoon drive co-host of 680News Toronto, has announced he will retire from the broadcast business effective Nov. 30. He has been in radio for 45 years. Besides CKWX Vancouver his background includes stints at CFRA Ottawa, CHUM Toronto, CKSL London and CKGL Kitchener…

    Congratulations George.  I've heard George and his lovely bride are returning to the west coast. No more nasty winters.
