Re: NW Drops Sports Entirely?

We already have two "bottom of the barrel" AM sports stations in Vancouver with virtually no listeners plus all of the sports TV, sports internet and sports smart phone apps anyone could ever need and more.
Despite it's 2+  8 share in the ratings, NW has virtually no listeners in the "money demo" and the Sports Department, once one of the station's top revenue generators has been marginalized by the firing of all the top sports people there and the loss of live coverage of the Canucks and Lions years ago.
No surprise here as the once mighty "Top Dog" continues to sink into the sunset.
A far cry from Frosty Forst's morning show with ratings approaching a 40 per cent share.
