Forbes magazine chimes in on how to run a radio station

Here is an interesting article from Forbes Magazine on how to run a radio station.

With the cuts by Bell today...this article can provide some good advice to the Big Boys.

I like that they added, doing proper market research first to assess listener likelihood of tuning in and then to see if advertising support will be there for a radio show...you want to have a match between demand and then get the ad support to make it happen!

Other than axing two shows I never heard of on specialty channels I don't get, do we really know if this affected actal Bell radio stations?
