Don't know how Jay Michaels and Ryan Doyle did it, but, along with Drew, who I believe is either the board op, or producer, these three guys took a story about a major land fissure in Africa, the Toto song, and a report from CBS, and wrapped up a blustery, nasty afternoon of wintry weather with Jay mocking Ryan for his concern and desire to inform listeners about this serious change in Africa's land mass.

It sounded goofy and offhand, but was probably a deliberate choice to end the afternoon show with lighter content. Whoever pulls together the Rush reroll for the Thursday 4-5am hour, may I respectfully suggest this twenty minutes gets included.

It also highlights the part chemistry plays on-air, and how all the show prep and conversation and "laughter" is pretty flat without it, and when you've got it, it's radio gold.
