"Restrictions and conditions can apply."

This morning Newstalk 1010 ran a spot with this "restrictions and conditions can apply" (required by law) advisement at the end. Which feels like that lettering that you now see slapped on packs of Twizzlers licorice, "Fat Free!" It's so untrustworthy you wonder about the people behind the product. Not a good impression to leave listeners with.

Newstalk 1010 is intended for mature audiences.     Discretion is advised.

Does that imply AM 640 is intended for immature audiences? That explains their constant use of board bunnies and other twinks interjecting their opinions.

Definately the case this morning, when 1010 reported the shooting of a New York police woman. They aired the audio of the now sadly deceased Officer Familia's cries for help. Good reporting and hard to hear, as it should be.

Jerry Hagar speaks for the common man.     Who speaks for the common woman?

P.S.  Libby Znaimer is not an acceptable response
