Humble Harve on Boss Radio KHJ Jan 1967

On a recent thread there was discussion about the Drake format. I have just uploaded a clip from KHJ from Jan 1967. Boss radio - a station two years into the Drake format which featured tight playlists and muted DJ's but in 1967 there were exceptions to that and you can hear Humble Harve play the Seeds, Love and The Peanut Butter Conspiracy plus a non top 40 Dylan track and the sitar laden Beatles album cut "Love You Too" from Revolver.

Also check out a WCBS FM Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame induction show from 1988.

Re: Humble Harve on Boss Radio KHJ Jan 1967

on a side note I noticed that photo of Humble Harve came from the "Michael Ochs Archives." That is an amazing collection of rock photos and Michael is the brother of the late Phil Ochs , the folk( -rock) singer, who was a one time friend of Dylan. Whom Dylan supposedly wrote Positively Fourth Street about after their falling out. That tune is actually played on the WCBS air check I posted along with the one for Humble Harve but the explanation they give for the origins of the tune are different and as a rock trivia nut that stood out for me.
